Winterfell Care Home

Winterfell Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 41 people, including older and younger adults living with dementia, mental health support needs, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. At inspection, 32 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that the provider did not always mitigate environmental risks such as windows, trip hazards, radiators and fire safety measures. People did not always have safe equipment to help them with their care needs.
