Pavilion Care Centre is a residential care home supporting up to 30 people aged 65 and over, some living with dementia. The home is spread across three floors, with communal spaces on the ground and first floors and more independent living arrangements in flats on the third floor.

The inspection identified significant concerns around medicines management. Administration records lacked legibility, and medicines were not consistently given on time. For medicines required as needed, staff did not have clear instructions on safe administration, and reasons for giving these medicines were not always documented. Staffing levels were insufficient to safely meet residents' needs.
