Hollin Knowle Residential Care Home

This care home provides personal care for up to 19 older people in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, 16 people were living there with a registered manager on site who is also one of the registered partners. The service had previously been rated as Requires Improvement in February 2017, when improvements were needed in staffing levels and environmental cleanliness to protect people from health infections, though medicines management had been strengthened.
