Moore Care (Registered) Limited, 4 Manchester Road

Moore Care provides personal care to up to 12 people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and dementia across four separate areas of the home near the local town centre. At the time of inspection, the service was undergoing refurbishment but the environment was not consistently safe, clean, or well-maintained. Medicines were not always managed safely. The service made reasonable adjustments to involve people in discussions about their support and had established good links with the local community. Care and treatment plans did not always adequately reflect people's full range of needs to promote their health and wellbeing outcomes.
