The service occupies 3 floors, each with its own lounge, dining area and adapted facilities. At inspection, 47 people were using the service.

People felt safe at Lightbowne Hall, with risks identified and guidance in place to manage them. However, risk assessments could be more detailed regarding how staff support people who may become agitated. People received their medicines as prescribed, though there was a gap in recording when thickeners were used to reduce choking risks.
