Parkside Care Home

Parkside Care Home provides personal care for up to 36 people in a purpose-built facility with accommodation and communal areas across two floors. At the time of inspection, 18 people were living in the home.

The home displayed clear instructions for visitors about infection prevention and control procedures. Following guidance from local infection prevention professionals, family and friend visits had been temporarily suspended due to a recent outbreak, with plans in place to resume within two weeks. The home communicated visiting arrangements to families through telephone calls, letters, and its Facebook page.
