Dove Valley Mews is a purpose-built residential care home supporting a small number of people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, each with their own living space. The assessment, prompted by safeguarding concerns, found the CQC's expectations were being met, with lessons learned and appropriate action taken. Risks and medicines were safely managed, and staff felt able to raise concerns.

Inspectors found people received person-centred care that helped them achieve good outcomes, supported by enough suitably qualified staff, though the service was still working to build a more permanent team. People and relatives spoke positively about kindness and communication. The service was rated Good overall, including for safety, effectiveness, responsiveness and leadership.
