Woodways

Woodways provides accommodation and personal care for younger adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, and mental health difficulties. The service accommodates up to six people in separate apartments and was at full capacity during inspection. The home maintains systems to recognise and respond to allegations of abuse, with staff trained in safeguarding procedures.

The inspection identified areas requiring development, including the need to better organize care records and implement regular audits of infection prevention and control, medicines management, and care documentation. Regular staff supervisions also need to be sustained to support consistent care delivery.
