Park Lane Residential Home

Park Lane provides nursing and personal care for up to 42 people, with 36 residents at the time of inspection. The service had recently experienced a COVID-19 outbreak and had implemented clear procedures to minimise transmission risk, including designated visit areas for friends and relatives to maintain residents' contact with loved ones. Appropriate assessments were completed for each individual to reflect their specific COVID-19 risks. An independent infection control audit completed in January 2022 found high standards of hygiene and infection prevention, and these measures continued to be applied throughout the service.
