The atmosphere was described as sociable and welcoming, with residents expressing feeling safe and well cared for. One resident commented, "I'm only too happy here, extremely well looked after, the staff are lovely and the care excellent," while another noted, "Very good the staff are very nice." The home had implemented measures to support family connections, including phone calls, video calls via a newly acquired smart TV, and arranged window visits. This allowed relatives to maintain contact during restricted visiting periods.
