Dawson House provides care and support for up to 7 people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders. The home features 7 ensuite bedrooms across two floors, a modern kitchen diner, two communal lounges, and a well-maintained garden. During inspection, all 7 resident bedrooms were occupied.

The service demonstrated safe practices for residents and staff. Regular quality reviews took place to ensure people's care and support needs were met, with improvements implemented based on findings. The home showed evidence of supporting residents' choices, dignity, and independence while facilitating access to their local communities.
