Park Avenue Care Home

Park Avenue Care Home provides accommodation and nursing or personal care for up to 51 people, with 47 residents living there at the time of inspection. The home has established testing arrangements for both residents and staff in line with current guidelines, with appropriately trained staff carrying out these tests.
