Palmersdene

Palmersdene provides accommodation and personal care for up to 40 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 39 residents were living at the home. The provider has safeguarding systems and processes in place to keep people safe, with risks to health and wellbeing regularly assessed and monitored. Staff understand their responsibilities for maintaining safety and follow infection control procedures in line with national guidance. Residents feel safe and spoke positively about both the staff and their experience of living at the home. The environment is clean and well-maintained.
