Bedewell Grange

Bedewell Grange provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to 52 older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC rated the home Good overall, with an outstanding rating for how caring staff were. Inspectors found a well-maintained, refurbished environment, sufficient trained staff, safe medicines management, and detailed, person-centred care plans supported by good communication with other professionals.

Relatives and people described staff as kind and attentive, saying care felt close to excellent. The CQC found leadership open and responsive, with feedback from people and staff used to improve the service, and no significant shortfalls identified.
