Pavillion Residential and Nursing Home

Pavillion Residential and Nursing Home provides accommodation and personal and nursing care to older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 50 people were using the service, though the home has capacity for up to 68 residents.

People and relatives spoke highly of the care provided. They described staff as kind, caring and supportive, with one relative saying, "Staff are nothing but caring" and noting that for their family member, staff had become "their new family." People trusted the staff who supported them and felt assured about their wellbeing. Staff had received safeguarding training and were clear about how and when to raise concerns.
