Otto Schiff

Otto Schiff provides residential care and personal care for up to 54 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 39 people were resident at the home.

The service has implemented comprehensive visiting protocols to protect residents, staff and visitors. Prior to visits, all visitors are screened for COVID-19 symptoms and provided with full personal protective equipment. The home features an open garden area with separate access to facilitate safe family visits, though non-essential visiting was restricted at the time of inspection due to potential COVID-19 cases.
