Maple House

Maple House provides residential care and personal care for up to four people with mental health conditions in an adapted building. At the time of inspection, the service was at full capacity with four residents.

People spoke positively about their care. The home had systems in place to ensure safe care and treatment, with staff identifying and assessing risks as needed and receiving clear guidance. Residents received their medicines on time and safely. Staff were recruited following good practice standards and received appropriate support to develop positive working relationships with the people they care for.
