Otterbourne House provides care for up to nine people living with autism, learning disabilities, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. Staff treat residents with dignity and respect, demonstrating a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and implementing safeguards against abuse. The home maintains safe arrangements for medicine management and has effective procedures in place to reduce infection risks.
Care needs are appropriately risk assessed, and staff receive training to support residents safely during times of challenging behaviour.
