The CQC carried out a focused review after concerns were raised about recruitment and safeguarding practices, and inspectors found the home was meeting expectations. Staff recruitment checks were appropriate, staffing levels were sufficient, and staff understood how to recognise and report abuse.
Risks to people were well managed and medicines were handled safely. Inspectors found people were supported by kind, attentive staff who respected their choices and independence. Relatives spoke positively about staff and food.
The service was rated Good overall.
