Fenchurch House

Fenchurch House is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 60 older people, some living with dementia. The service operates in a newly built home spread over three floors, with 54 people using the service at the time of inspection.

Staff provide high quality, individualised care tailored to each person's needs. They have received training in supporting people with dementia, which is reflected in the calm and settled atmosphere throughout the home. The environment is warm and welcoming, designed to maximise people's independence.
