OSJCT Buckland Court

OSJCT Buckland Court accommodates up to 50 people in individual rooms with access to communal spaces including bathrooms, dining rooms and lounges. The home has large gardens providing outdoor space. At inspection, 34 people were living there, some with dementia.

Management oversight has strengthened significantly. The provider developed detailed action plans addressing previous shortfalls, with clear responsibility assignments and regular reviews to track progress. An area operations manager oversaw completion of these actions.
