Inspectors found the management team had not always identified shortfalls in safety and quality themselves, though they responded quickly once issues were raised.

Despite this, people and relatives generally spoke positively about their experience. They felt safe, praised the cleanliness and laundry service, and described staff as kind and caring, with a good range of activities. Some relatives noted concerns about response times to care calls and support with specific dietary needs, and communication about care changes was said to be very good.
