Risk assessments are in place and mitigation measures have been implemented. Medicines are stored, administered and recorded safely, with clear guidance available for staff on as-needed prescriptions. Recruitment processes have been strengthened and are consistently followed. Safety checks are now properly recorded, and improvements have been made across all areas since the previous inspection.
