Maple Court

Maple Court, in North Yorkshire, is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 64 older people, including those living with dementia. Inspectors found records were inconsistent, medicines administration needed improvement, activities were limited and audits had not identified all problems.

Relatives said communication with the service was often poor and concerns raised were not always acted upon, though they described staff as kind and responsive to requests for support. Inspectors observed reassuring, patient staff interactions, and found staff were safely recruited and appropriate referrals were made to health and social care agencies.
