Omega Oak Barn

Omega Oak Barn provides personal and nursing care to 26 people aged 65 and over in one adapted ground-floor building. The service can accommodate up to 28 people. Most rooms have en-suites, with separate lounges and a communal dining area available to residents.

The home has systems in place to protect people from abuse and harm, with medicines managed safely and environmental checks completed regularly. Staff assess and manage individual risks appropriately. Infection control measures are in place to protect residents, and care needs are assessed in line with legal requirements. People have access to a varied, nutritious diet and drinks throughout the day.
