Alba Rose

Alba Rose provides personal care to up to 22 people aged 65 and over, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting 13 people. Residents receive person-centred, responsive care with detailed care plans and risk assessments that help staff maintain people's quality of life.

The provider had identified areas for improvement including the frequency of supervisions, training, and maintenance checks before the inspection took place. The new manager implemented an improvement plan to address these issues. The inspectors recommended enhanced monitoring of the improvement plan to ensure sustained progress.
