Olive House

Olive House provides personal care to older people, some living with dementia. The service accommodates up to 45 residents, with 40 people resident during inspection. The purpose-built single storey home features en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, a main dining room, multiple lounge areas, and safe outside space. While the building's design supports good access, it requires upgrades, with plans already in place to address this.

The home maintains strong cleanliness standards with effective infection prevention systems, which will be further enhanced through planned laundry improvements. Care planning has improved though there remains a need for greater consistency when reviewing individual care plans across the home.
