Kingsmount Residential Home

Kingsmount provides personal care for around 32 older people, some with dementia or memory loss. At inspection, 28 residents were living at the home. People reported feeling safe in the care of staff. One resident said, "Oh yes I feel safe. I'm safe in their" care. The provider had made improvements since the last inspection and was no longer in breach of regulations. However, further work is needed to ensure these improvements are sustained and that the systems and processes for delivering quality care remain robust.
