Old Charlton House Residential Home

Old Charlton House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 32 residents. At inspection, 28 people were living at the home. Staff are knowledgeable, kind and caring, meeting people's needs in personalised ways and supporting them to lead happy, fulfilled lives. Individual and environmental risks are managed appropriately, protecting people from avoidable harm. Medicines are administered as prescribed and infection control is managed effectively.

The home maintains adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs, with recruitment processes in place to ensure suitable staff are employed. People's rights are upheld and they are empowered to make their own choices and decisions. Residents are involved in developing their care plans.
