Although residents felt safe, inspectors identified significant areas for improvement. Medicine management was concerning, with uncertainty about whether people received prescribed medications as intended. Risk assessments and care plans lacked clear, consistent information about residents' needs and abilities, potentially putting people at risk of inappropriate and ineffective care. The home's quality assurance systems had not been used effectively to identify and address these issues.
