Offmore Farm Residential Home

Offmore Farm provides personal care to older people living with dementia and physical disabilities. The service accommodates up to 28 people across three floors of one adapted building, with 27 residents at the time of inspection.

People felt safe and well supported by staff, who recognised different types of abuse and understood reporting procedures. The registered manager demonstrated clear safeguarding responsibilities and commitment to protecting residents from harm. Potential risks to people's health and wellbeing had been identified and managed safely, with residents and their relatives involved in decisions about risk reduction.
