About Oaktree Hall & Lodge

Oaktree Hall & Lodge is a residential care home in East Riding of Yorkshire. Details on the standard of care found there are set out in the CQC findings below.

Oaktree Hall & Lodge is a care home providing accommodation and support for up to 78 people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that people were safeguarded from harm, cared for by enough suitably skilled staff, and supported to make choices and remain independent. Positive relationships between residents and staff were observed throughout.

Some areas for improvement were noted, including occasions where staff response times could be better and gaps in developing action plans from quality checks. A lift issue had temporarily limited some residents' access to the community, though this was being addressed. Inspectors found the new management team committed to improving the home's culture, with residents and relatives speaking warmly of staff and feeling safe and well cared for.
