Bridlington Manor

Bridlington Manor, in East Riding of Yorkshire, is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 20 people, though only one person was living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC carried out a focused visit prompted by concerns about the environment, and found the service remained rated Requires Improvement overall. There was no registered manager in post, with a senior carer acting in the role.

Inspectors identified a repeated breach of regulations relating to premises and equipment, meaning previous concerns had not been fully addressed. Caring, effective and responsive care were rated Good, but safety and leadership were found to require improvement.
