Oakham Grange

Oakham Grange accommodates up to 68 people with nursing care across three floors, including those living with dementia. All rooms are en-suite with accessible communal areas inside and outside the building. At the time of inspection, 50 people were using the service.

The provider had implemented improvements across all areas and was continuing this work. While new systems and processes had been introduced, further time was needed to fully embed and sustain these changes. Additional improvements were required in governance procedures.
