About Oakfield at Yardley Hastings
Oakfield at Yardley Hastings provides residential care and supported living for people with learning disabilities and autism. At the time of inspection, three people were receiving residential care while seven were using the supported living service.
The service is designed around principles that enable people to live full, meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. People using the service receive planned and coordinated person-centered support tailored to their individual needs and goals.
