About Grangefield Residential Care Home
Grangefield Residential Care Home accommodates up to 23 people over 65, with specialist support for those living with dementia. At inspection, 17 people were using the service. Records were not always person-centred and language used was not always respectful. The provider had robust systems to monitor quality and acted promptly to address areas highlighted during inspection. Relatives praised the excellent communication. People felt safe and were protected from harm, with staff aware of safeguarding procedures.
