Broomfield Residential Care

Broomfield Residential Care accommodates up to 40 residents, including those living with dementia. At the time of the inspection, 32 people were using the service. The home is arranged over ground and first floors with lounges, dining areas, and a garden room.

People felt safe at the home and received secure care and support. Staff demonstrated good understanding of safeguarding procedures and confidently reported concerns. Risks to residents' safety were properly assessed and well managed, with care plans detailing individual needs and current risks. The home maintained sufficient staff numbers who were safely recruited to meet residents' care requirements, and staff received appropriate training and support.
