St John's Home accommodates up to 50 older people requiring nursing or personal care. At inspection, 30 residents were using the service. Staff conducted assessments and implemented risk assessments to guide care, though high-risk medication assessments were absent.

Environmental risks existed but the registered manager addressed these concerns following the inspection.

Medicines were managed safely and staff received safeguarding training, understanding how to respond to potential risks. Recruitment processes were secure and staff worked effectively with external professionals. Residents and families provided positive feedback about the service, staff, and management.
