Oak Mount Care Home

Oak Mount Care Home provides personal care for up to 21 older people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia and mental health needs. Staff demonstrated genuine kindness and compassion, respecting residents' privacy and dignity while listening to their concerns and involving them in decisions about their care. Inspectors observed staff skilled at recognizing when residents were upset or worried and offering gentle reassurance, while encouraging independence wherever possible. The home maintains a friendly, homely atmosphere where family and friends can visit at any time and feel welcomed by staff who know them well and involve them in daily life.
