Oak Lodge

Oak Lodge provides nursing and personal care to up to 60 people across three connected buildings. The home features 60 bedrooms, each with private toilet and sink facilities, alongside shared showers and bathrooms. Communal spaces include a large dining room, shared living areas, kitchenettes, and a main kitchen serving the whole home.

Inspectors identified good practice in how the provider adapted the environment to support visits during restrictions. A large lounge area was modified with a Perspex wall, allowing families to visit safely with separate access points—families entering from outside while service users accessed the space from within the home.
