Oak House

Oak House provides accommodation for up to eight people in an adapted building with shared and single occupancy flats. At inspection, the home was at full capacity with eight residents.

The home maintains a visiting policy and procedure that has been shared with relatives, including details on the booking system and Personal Protective Equipment requirements. Protocols ensure the visiting area is sanitised between visits. When visits have been restricted, the home uses alternative methods to maintain contact between residents and their loved ones, including video and telephone calls.
