The CQC rated the home requires improvement overall, with continuing breaches around safe care, consent, staffing and management oversight, along with new concerns about recruitment checks and the safety of the premises. Improvement plans have been requested from the provider. However, inspectors found people were treated with kindness and dignity, and relatives spoke warmly of the quality of care, with visiting flexible and communication valued.
