Inspectors found the service was performing well, with staff who knew people well and responded appropriately to their needs. Staffing levels were sufficient, and people were supported to make choices and remain independent.
People told inspectors they felt safe and confident that any concerns would be dealt with promptly. Staff involved people and their relatives in decisions about care and regularly sought feedback. Overall, the CQC rated Nova House Good.
