Nova House

Nova House provides residential care and personal support for up to 36 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 27 residents were in residence. The home maintains a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, with laughter and cheerfulness evident throughout the corridors. Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control in their daily lives, using the least restrictive approaches and always acting in their best interests. The service's policies and systems reinforce this person-centered approach to care.
