Nottingham Neurodisability Service Hucknall provides nursing and personal care for adults with acquired brain injury and other complex neurological conditions. At inspection, 52 people lived at the home across three units on two floors, with part of the service undergoing refurbishment.

Infection prevention and control measures had been reviewed frequently to protect people from COVID-19 transmission. Inspectors found some areas of the home required deeper cleaning, and the registered manager was receptive to feedback, acting immediately to address these concerns.
