Jubilee Court

Jubilee Court is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 75 people, including adults of all ages living with dementia. At inspection, 63 people were using the service. The home occupies a purpose-built building across two floors divided into four separate units: one residential and one nursing unit on the ground floor, and two nursing units on the first floor. Each unit has adapted facilities and residents can access a shared enclosed garden.

The home maintains adequate staffing levels to safely meet residents' needs. Systems protect people from abuse and neglect, with risks assessed and monitored to prevent harm. Medicines are managed safely. Residents reported feeling safe living at the service.
