Inspectors found infection prevention practices followed best practice and safe processes were in place when people moved between services.

Staff were found to be well trained, medicines were managed safely, and the registered manager had good oversight of risks. The home had a positive, caring atmosphere, and residents and families spoke warmly of staff, though one resident felt staffing levels were stretched despite staff doing their best.
