Could the NHS fund Norton House's fees?
NHS Continuing Healthcare could cover 100% of care costs with no means test.
Norton House accommodates up to 40 older people and those living with dementia across four floors in Westminster, with 34 residents at the time of inspection. The service has implemented a settling-in plan to help newcomers get to know staff, discuss their needs and wishes, and reduce isolation risks. Clear visitor guidelines require advance booking and rapid COVID-19 testing before entry. Residents are also supported to maintain contact with friends and family through video calling.
