Orient St Adult Respite Unit

Orient St Respite Service provides short-stay and emergency residential accommodation for people with a learning disability and autistic people, operating as a respite facility registered for up to four residents at a time. The service supports individuals by offering them breaks from their regular care arrangements when needed. During the inspection, inspectors met with six people using the service, observing the care and support provided to understand how well the home meets residents' needs for respect, equality, dignity, and independence.
