This residential care home provides accommodation and personal care for up to two adults with autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, two people were living at the service. Staff demonstrated a good understanding of how to keep people safe, with appropriate safeguarding procedures in place and staff trained in abuse prevention. Medicines were managed effectively, administered by trained staff, and stored safely. Risks to people were assessed and managed appropriately. During the inspection, it was identified that water testing to minimise the risk of legionella exposure had not been recently considered. The provider took immediate action to put appropriate measures in place to address this concern.
