The CQC found people were safe, well cared for and protected from abuse, with enough skilled staff, well-managed medicines, and clean, well-maintained facilities. Some minor gaps were noted in incident recording and in documenting reviews of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, though the provider gave assurances these had been addressed.

People and relatives spoke warmly of kind, respectful staff and a strong sense of community, faith and trust. Inspectors found people were involved in decisions about their care, had varied activities and meaningful relationships, and were supported by leaders described as approachable and responsive to individual needs.
