About Norcott House

This residential care service accommodates up to 11 people with learning disabilities or autistic people, with 10 residents at the time of inspection. The ground floor accommodation includes four separate kitchen units, lounges, bedrooms and bathrooms across the service. Staff support residents to ensure they receive respect, equality, dignity and choices while maintaining their independence and access to local communities.
